Rick brings more than three decades of experience helping individuals, families, and organizations make thoughtful financial decisions grounded in long-term relationships. As the founder of the firm, he is known for his steady approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping clients feel informed and confident — without pressure or complexity.
A significant part of Rick’s work focuses on advising employers and plan sponsors on retirement plans, including 401(k) plans for businesses and 403(b) plans for educators. He serves as a plan consultant, working in coordination with recordkeepers and third-party administrators to help clients navigate plan design, fiduciary responsibilities, and ongoing oversight with clarity and care.
In addition to retirement plans, Rick works closely with individuals and families on core planning needs such as investment management, insurance strategies, and trust and legacy planning. He believes financial planning works best when it is practical, personal, and built to support real lives over time.
Outside of work, Rick values family, community, and a balanced life. Known for his approachable style and sense of humor, he strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident they have a trusted partner by their side.
